1. The promoter

The "Win a Trip to London" campaign (the "Campaign") is organised by [Britime legal entity name], [registered address], India ("Britime", "we", "us").

2. Campaign period

The Campaign runs from [start date] to [end date] (both inclusive, Indian Standard Time). Purchases and registrations outside this period are not eligible.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or above who are residents of India and who purchase a Britime watch during the Campaign period from britime.in or from an authorised Britime retailer or marketplace listing. Employees of Britime, its agencies and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter

Each qualifying purchase gives one entry. To register, visit the Campaign page on britime.in, fill in your name, mobile number and email, tell us where you bought the watch, upload a clear copy of your invoice or order confirmation, and accept these terms. On successful registration you will receive an entry reference (for example BTL-XXXXXX). Keep it safe; it is your proof of entry.

5. One entry per purchase

Each invoice or order number may be registered once. Multiple watches on separate invoices may be registered separately. Duplicate or altered invoices, and entries that cannot be matched to a genuine purchase, will be disqualified.

6. Verification

All entries are verified against purchase records before the draw. We may ask you for the original invoice, the watch's serial number or other proof of purchase. Returned or cancelled purchases are not eligible, and an entry linked to a returned watch will be removed.

7. The draw

One winner will be selected by random draw from all verified entries within [number] days of the Campaign end date, [in the presence of an independent observer]. The winner will be contacted on the registered mobile number and email within [number] days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within [7] days, or is found ineligible, a replacement winner will be drawn.

8. The prize

The prize is a trip to London for the winner and one companion, comprising: return economy-class flights from [Delhi / Mumbai / Bengaluru — the winner's nearest major metro] to London; [4] nights' accommodation in a [3/4-star] hotel with breakfast; and airport transfers in London. Travel must be completed by [date], subject to availability. Anything not listed here, including meals, local travel, visa fees, travel insurance and personal expenses, is the winner's responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing.

9. Travel conditions

The winner and companion must each hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel date and are responsible for obtaining a UK visa. If a visa is refused, or the winner is unable to travel, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a replacement winner. The companion must be 18 or above, or accompanied by the winner as their parent or legal guardian.

10. No cash alternative

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. If for reasons beyond our control the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

11. Taxes

Any tax liability arising from the prize, including TDS under the Income Tax Act where applicable, will be handled as required by law; the winner may be required to provide PAN and other details before the prize is released.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Britime may announce their first name and city on its website and social media channels, and may use photographs or videos from the trip for promotional purposes, without further payment.

13. Your data

The details you submit are used to verify your entry, run the draw and contact you about this Campaign. Invoice copies are stored securely and deleted within [90] days of the draw except for the winner's records. By registering you agree to be contacted about this Campaign by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. Our Privacy Policy applies.

14. General

We may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign if circumstances outside our control make it necessary. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of [city].
