Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to cities in India. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any address for any reason.

Return Policy

Delivery of Goods: Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, depending on your pin code.

Returns: You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in good condition. For detailed information, please refer to the Return Policy on our website.

Glow Crest Gear LLP is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace/exchange the product with the same model, subject to the terms and conditions below.

A. Process for Return and Refund:

1. Initiating a Return:
Contact Glow Crest Gear LLP customer care at +917506464644 (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday) or email info@britime.in within 7 days of receiving your product to request a return for a refund.
You will receive a confirmation email or reference number upon registration. Please quote this number in all communications.

2. Return Confirmation:
Do not return the product before receiving a confirmation email or return reference number from us.

3. Product Condition:
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. The tags and outer box should be intact. Place the box in protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the invoice/warranty card with the return package. Returns will not be processed without these.

4. Return Pickup:
Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address or an alternate address provided in writing. No shipping charges will be incurred by you for the return. If pickup is not available from either address, deliver the product to our premises at Glow Crest Gear LLP, 601, Palai Commercial Complex, Senapati Bapat marg, Opp to Kamgar Stadium, Dadar west , Mumbai - 400028. within 7 days of delivery, and share the docket number with customer care.

5. Missed Pickup:
One additional pickup attempt will be made if the first is missed. After two failed attempts, the return request will be cancelled.

6. Transit Time:
It may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach us.

7. Additional Items:
Do not include additional items with the return. We are not responsible for additional products lost in transit.

8. Product Damage:
We will not accept returns for products damaged due to neglect, or if the product is broken, tampered with, or modified. In such cases, the product will be shipped back in the same condition, and no refund will be processed.

9. Discretion:
All returns are subject to our discretion, which is final and binding. We are not obligated to provide reasons for any return rejections.

B. Refund Process:

1. Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and validate your return, we will notify you by phone/email. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from approval. If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to you, and our customer care team will contact you.

2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your account via the same payment method used for the purchase.

C. Process for Replacement/Exchange:

1. Requesting a Replacement/Exchange:
If you wish to replace or exchange a product due to a manufacturing defect, contact customer care within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email or reference number for the exchange.

2. Different Model Exchange:
For exchanges to a different model, request a refund as per the refund policy and place a new order.

3. Product Condition:
Products for exchange must be unused and in their original condition with intact tags and packaging. Include the invoice/warranty card. Exchanges will not be processed without these.

4. Exchange Pickup:
Exchanges will be picked up from the original or an alternate address. If pickup is not available, deliver the product to our premises and share the docket number with customer care.

5. Missed Pickup:
One additional attempt will be made for pickup. After two failed attempts, the exchange request will be cancelled.

6. Transit Time:
It may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach us.

8. Exchange Conditions:
We will not accept exchanges for products without manufacturing defects or if damaged due to neglect, tampering, or lack of proper packaging. Such products will be returned in the same condition, and no exchange will be processed.

All exchanges are subject to our discretion, which is final and binding. We are not obligated to provide reasons for any exchange rejections.

10. Exchange Process:
The replacement process begins once we receive the original product in the required condition. You will be updated about the dispatch of the replacement product via call/email.

11. Unavailability of Exchange Product:
If the exchange product is unavailable, you will be informed, and a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

12. Discretion:
All returns for exchange are subject to our discretion, which is final and binding. We are not obligated to provide reasons for any exchange rejections.

Governing Law:
This policy is governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be handled in the competent courts of Delhi only.
